I want to grow veggies

What are some good things to grow for chickens and ducks to eat? I want to grow sprouts but not sure of what

Tomatoes-cauliflower-broccoli-lettuces of any kind-spinach-swiss chard-beet greens-strawberries-grapes-ground cherries-carrot tops-just about anything that can be grown-sweet corn-millets-grasses-oats-and on and on and on. I believe in variety-don't feed too much of any one thing. Chickens-like kids-like people-will eat only what they like if its allowed.
