Hi! Do the shells need to be crushed or try to leave intact as much as possible? Rinse them out good? Very creative! Can't wait to see pics!

I have about 10 dozen blown duck eggs all clean, 1 hole in the bottom a mixture of green and white.

Crud! I broke up all my egg shells before I saw this thread. Last night I had 1/2 doz or more blueish green EE eggs drying out that I crushed to feed back to them...
Cant wait to see the pics, though!
