I would like to talk with any Dutch Bantam breeders about birds or chicks or eggs for 4-H kids

Howdy, I bred several varieties of Dutch before they were admitted to the "Standard of Perfection" and since I could not show them , I gave them all away to my 4-H project kids back in the mid 90's.

They are calm, freindly, easy to train and would like to find anyone who is breeding and would like to sell whatever eggs, chicks or breeding pairs to starter 4-H kids for showmanship.

I stay away from hatcheries as they are prone to sell mixed breeds and non-purebreed chickens.
I have been a 4-H poultry project leader for Greenlee County in Arizona since 1995 and would surely enjoy communicating with anyone who knows the Dutch breed.

Thank you for your time
Chet

Hi Chet,
We have are trying to raise Dutch Bantams. We have 1 LB Hen, Cock, & Cockerel, 1 BLB Hen, 1 Splash Hen and 3 chicks that are 6 weeks old. Our kids are new to 4H this year and are loving it.
