Idaho falls area chicken laws

Hi,

I just moved to the Idaho Falls area and was hoping to find a place where I can raise more than six chickens and hatch them with a rooster. Anyone know of a neighborhood where I can do that?

My understanding is that there are several areas on the outskirts of the city that just sort of ignore if people have roosters. I do not live there now but I have family and I know that when we go to visit them we can often hear roosters crowing. The two places I hear more then one rooster while visiting is near Cloverdale Elementary and when my kids play at Peterson Park.
