If a duck is on medication, is it ok to incubate her eggs?

My duck Nutmeg is going to the vet tomorrow for leg issues and will possibly be put on medication, either for pain or for infection possibly. Maybe both? I know it's not safe to eat their eggs if they're on antibiotics, but would I be correct in assuming her eggs would also not be suitable for incubation? What if it's just pain meds and not antibiotics? I feel like the meds would possibly be transferred to the embryos and potentially affect them negatively. Just wondering if anyone knows for sure since I was planning on starting to incubate some of my girls' eggs later this week. Should I assume only the eggs up until she starts the meds would be ok to incubate? It would be ideal if I could get a few more days' worth of eggs from her before the incubation, but I don't want to risk harm to potential embryos.

I feel like this is a dumb question that I already know the answer to, but just humor me. ;)
