Well, hubby and I butchered our two extra roos today and it didn't go too badly. I just have one question. After I got the innards out, when I tried to get the lungs, I shredded them. Everything was pretty slippery at that point, and I know I didn't get them all out. They're soaking in cold salt water right now, but do I need to try to get the rest of the lungs out before I freeze them?
