If I didn't get all the lungs out is it a problem?

Hi all,
Well, hubby and I butchered our two extra roos today and it didn't go too badly:). I just have one question. After I got the innards out, when I tried to get the lungs, I shredded them. Everything was pretty slippery at that point, and I know I didn't get them all out. They're soaking in cold salt water right now, but do I need to try to get the rest of the lungs out before I freeze them?

I wouldn't spend a lot of time worrying about it. You might try scaping them out before you cook them if you like.

I never get all the inards out, especially at first cleaning. The things that stick to the ribs shouldn't effect flavor.

Thanks guys - I was suprised I got the rest out without busting anything - I guess all those years working at the vet clinic payed off on know what everything looks like
