I am actually kinda doing the same thing..I have to have an open coop due to the heat..but recently I got these3 2 new ikea wooden slat shelves at a garage sale for $2, they would look great on the front of the coop..and paint is fairly cheap..a red door..and I have an extra wagon wheel I can add too
