Immediate response please

One of my turkeys keeps twisting his head around. I have to manually twist it back for him. He can walk fine as long as it is at a slow pace. If he tries to run or look backwards he falls over. I have another one who is very lethargic and keeps separating himself from the rest of the flock. What could be going on? They are both 10 weeks old and bbb. Thank you in advance.

Don't quite understand.
You said the head is twisted around but when it looks back it falls.
Are they fighting?

No they are not fighting. At times he can keep his head straight but then all of a sudden his head will flop around where his beak is pointing up. This started all of a sudden and there is no indication of fighting.
