They were under a medication called "Endocox powder", not sure if I over did it or what, but it feels really hard in the crop area.

That appears to be first coccidiosis and not for chickens, it says that on the package. I wouldn't use it for your birds again. What is your birds diet? Do they have access to grit or dirt?

I was told to give this to my chicks who may have been exposed to Coccidia and told it was better than corrid because it doesn't deplete vitamins. They eat regular chick feed with extra vitamins added to it, no dirt or grit. I just know there was a bird in that bin that had coccidia and passed away so I treated everyone. A silkie breeder told me to use that medicine.

I don't think the medication caused a blockage or anything, how long has it been like this? She looks like she just ate a lot.

Endocox (Toltrazuril) is a very effective treatment for Coccidiosis.
If you mixed it and administered it according to the package directions, it should not have caused an issue.

Make sure your chick is drinking well and eating. Do provide grit (crushed granite).
Check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink to see if it's emptied.

The crop area is bare and dirty on this chick, is she laying down all the time? What's the brooder like - photos. Thanks!
