Guy calls seasoned cast iron a myth then says he knows a better way an proceeds to describe seasoning a pan... Then says its non stick cause it does not stick with butter in the pan.....

Actually made my head hurt......

I think I will keep not washing my cast iron sense mine does not stick without the need for butter...

He made no sense. "Don't season your pan! Season your pan." Maybe he has that invisible angel on one shoulder and devil on the other. I'll keep not washing mine as well.
