If you set eggs at 7:00 am do you count that as day 1? Or would day one be the next day at 7:00 am?
Also do you put the eggs pointy side out or pointy side in?
Lastly, do you turn for the last time the night of day 25?

Day 1 starts the next day at 7am. Pointy side goes down, you want the fat end of the egg (with the air cell) to be up higher than the pointy end. And you stop turning the morning of day 25. Hope that helped! ^-^
