I tried something new last night - a wild fermented drink called Ginger Perry (bottled by a cidery in Austin). Not sweet, very dry. Took a little bit to get used to it, but I love it. Very refreshing, not sweet, and relatively low alcohol. I suspect it will be a favorite this summer...
