Incubation help

Hello
I am trying to incubate duck eggs and I have a really old incubator.
I have 2 females and one male.
I think the eggs are futile but it has been 2 weeks and not a lot has happened.
I have about 20-30 eggs so I opened one and there was a blood vessel and a sperm I think
but the sperm thing was broken
and there was not a starting point if the blood vessel it was around the sperm thing but not all the way
am I doing the right thing
are they going to become babies?

Hi i dont think you saw the sperm as sperm is not seen from the human i without the help of tools . the eggs sound to be fertilizied what type of ducks are they

Yes with the right incubation

Have you incubated eggs before?

i have a sponge with wet water for the humitity
also I flip them 5x a day

Okay. Do you also have them on different sides each night?

yes
so i tried incubating eggs a couple months
and I laied them on there sides
so this time they are up and down
and yes I change them every night
