It is a 9300 still air incubator

Ok, you want to make sure you have an accurate independent thermometer in there and DO NOT trust the digital read outs until you verify that they are correct. The 9300 is notorious for being low. Many people that are using these have had to have the digital control set 3-4 degrees higher in order to get the inside at the right temp (about 101.5F for a still air.) The probe in that model has caused it's fair share of problems as well, but make sure you double check the temps inside with an accurate thermometer. Stabilizing the probe at the height of the eggs by taping it to a small ball or something will help hold it in place as well.

So its fine if it say its ok?
If you are saying that the incubator temperature has been checked with an independent accurate thermometer (not the incubator's thermometer) and it is within .3 degrees of being right (it should be 101.5F NOT 99.5 because it is STILL air, then that is alright. But it should be 101.5 or between 101-102F
