Incubation in the fall/winter?

Is it normal to incubate eggs inside in the late fall winter? Things have finally slowed down and I have time to focus on hatching eggs.
What type of breeds of ducks have eggs available this time of year?

Hi!

I had a real hard time finding Duck Eggs at this time of the year.. I bought my last duck eggs on ebay 1 month ago and since then I haven't found anything aymore! I know that ducks won't lay if it is too cold... At least the German Ducks here (I live in Germany)
