incubator programme

I have purchases a Brinsea mini auto and am planning to start breeding Jap coturnix from purchased eggs. Question do quail eggs need a cooling period every few hours whilst incubating. My machine asks for a cooling period time but I haven't read anywhere that quail need it. Obviously in the wild they may cool slightly when the female goes off to feed but what about in a bator. Comments from experience would be appreciated.

No cooling period necessary for coturnix. 99.5* And get a turner for your incubator if it doesnt have one. Good luck!
