Incubator project

Time for business!
Confidence in my contraption has urged me to put 24 eggs in it first time around. The turner is working a treat and the temp controller is keeping it within 0.1c of where I set it. There is a small tray of water under the floor to bring the humidity up to around 30%

I have two little water trays inside and hygrometer KS showing 19%. I know it reads up to 8% low though. I trusted it first time around without knowing it reads low and ended up with no hatching eggs due to too much humidity. I have read lots of posts where people use very low humidity with great success before lock down.

I also have 3 different readings from 3 different thermometers! I'll trust the one that read 38 during the previous hatch as I believe it reads around 1c high and the chicks seemed to develop well apart from the humidity issue last time.
I tries calibrating my sensor with an ice bath prior but I think I need to RE-calibrate after watching some more how to videos.
