Injured chicken. Need help.

My black jersey giant has been limping lately. We have ruled out Bumblefoot and have applied ointment for about 2 weeks. Sometimes she will fall over to one side or have to sit down to peck at the grass. She often has to use her wing for support and can barely stand in the wind. On occasion, when she walks or sits she puts one leg forward and one backward (both abnormally outstretched.) She is about 2 years old. (It was hard to get good pictures to show limping)

I had a chicken like that too, what we did was see if the foot is broken and if it is you get a cardboard box the size of the chicken and cut an old shirt with two holes one for each foot and tie the shirt to the outside of the box with the chicken inside the box.
