Integrating young pullets together

I have 2 12 week old pullets and I want to introduce 2 new ones to the existing 2. All are relatively the same age. I am wondering if they will integrate easier at this age than with more mature hens. I have integrated flocks before but I'm hoping that since they are so young it might be an easier process?

I wouldn't count on it. I would still practice proper quarantine and do the 'look don't touch' introduction for at least 7 days before letting them intermingle in a large, well cluttered space with multiple feeders and water stations.
