Interesting egg coloring

Pretty sure this egg came from one of our Rhode Island gals. But since I'm still wet behind the ears in this chicken loving adventure and our gals only just started laying 2 weeks ago I'm intrigued by this egg. Causes? Should I be concerned? Her system just working out the kinks?

Thanks for the links!! Very informative. I'll keep an eye out and see if it continues or just her body regulating like the chicken chicks article suggested.
