Hi y'all. I currently have 6 pullets. 5 silkies and 1 Cochin. I just got 3 new older hens. A sapphire, a naked neck, and an unknown smaller hen (any suggestions on her breed welcome!)
So I have 2 separate yards and an extra little coop. It's really small but it's the only extra thing I have to keep them in and it'll just be temporarily until I can integrate them. How long should I keep them locked in the coop? (There's a little run attached, I'll post pics), and then how long should I keep them in the extra yard before putting them all together? The 2 yards share a chain link fence. I'm actually planning on rehoming 4 of the silkies if I can, so I'll just have 1 silkie, 1 Cochin, and the 3 new ones in the end I hope. I'll post pics of the extra coop and the new birds

I’d rather shove them in with the others than keep them in that! :idunno
