Hey all!

I'm from South Central Utah, grew up in a small rural farming community, always been around animals. Got my first house a couple years ago and about a year ago got some chickens for a good deal. Got 3 RIR, a couple Buff Orpingtons, and I think a White Leghorn. Since then I have accumulated up to 14 hens and a rooster, possibly another rooster. The possible just arrived one day in really rough looking shape and has never left.
Got gave my first coop from my father in law. then when I got the last 4 hens and rooster from a neighbor, he included his coop and little TSC pvc run. So my setup is hodge-podged together Currently.
The wife wants a turkey or two one day so currently trying to find/make enough coop space for them as well.

Welcome to BYC!
You might check with your local agriculture office, before getting turkeys, to make sure blackhead isn't in your area. Chickens can carry it, without symptoms, but it is generally fatal to turkeys.
Good luck with your plans.
P.s. We'd love to see pictures of your flock.
