Is 5' high chicken run high enough?

Easter Eggers are escape artists and will easily clear fences 10 feet tall. I breed them. Unless you are willing to free range them, a covered run or clipped wings are a must.

Area I am fencing off is between the coop and the shed. I figured that would give them a lot of room.
