Is a little blood in the egg normal?

I think it's my barred rocks that are laying eggs that have a couple dots of blood in them once you crack the egg. They have always been like that, nothing new, the chickens are probably over a year old, but it makes me not want to sell or give away my eggs just in case there is a little blood. Any thoughts out there on this?
 
Yep, It is normal I had a couple girls who did it a lot last fall, if I'm noticing a lot of bloody eggs being layed I just warn people and explain it's nothing to worry about and you can just mix it in or remove it with the tip of a knife.
