Is it a SIGN?!

My 5 1/2 month old Blue EE has been holding her tail to the left. Have only noticed this today. And at a time she was BURRR-ing. Is this a sign that she is producing an egg.

I have done the finger test and I can fit 2! I have had nesting boxes with golf balls in them. But they have not even bothered getting in. I guess i will have to see...

Hey i have just searched the web for you. hehe, i found a website but i dont think that this is the problem. Someone on another site said that their chicken had their tail to the left because of shock, apparently they were targeted by a fox?
