is my 8.5 week old Welsummer pullet crowing? (VIDEO)

In the words of my son, "What the hens?"

She's only 8.5 weeks old? Is she trying to crow or is this something else - she keeps her mouth open afterward...is she ok?

I'm concerned it could be something else. Her sister up and died a couple days ago... Noticed she was acting kinda funny... Walking slowly and not keeping up with the others. I found her dead on the floor of the coop the next morning. It's the first time something like that has happened. That one wasn't making this sound though. Hoping it's just trying to crow... But why? We have 3 other cockerals right now.
