Is my baby Poland chick a frizzle?

Hi all! So, I incubated 7 chicken eggs and sadly only ended up with 3. Anyways there is one chick that looks very different to other polish chicks that I’ve hatched before. So I’m wondering if it’s a frizzle. I bought my eggs from a woman that only sold Poland hatching eggs and there may well be a chance that it could be a frizzle. The chick is now 3 weeks old. Here are some pictures of the chick. Her/his name is Henny Penny.

Sure looks like it may be a frizzle. And I also get a feeling it may turn out to be a Rooster, by the looks of the head feathers at base. I have Polish hens, (only one left now ) and their hairdoos looked different from your.
