Is my Chick okay?

I just hatched 2 chickens in my classroom. I have noticed some things about one of the chicks since it was born on Tuesday, and wanted to make sure he is okay. He seems to be very twitchy and also has some strange feather spots/patches. I will post a picture and video if I can. I am just worried about him and have some bird anxiety from past situations. Please let me know if you have an advice or can help me out?

Bald patches are normal. Some vitamins should help the twitching

They sometimes lose some of their fuzz fighting their way out of the shell. I had one with a good sized bald spot on its head, but a few weeks later it was pretty much filled back in.

I raise silkies who sometimes do that head twitch thing. They are prone to vitamin deficiencies anyway so I alternate first fresh bottled water, then vitamin water (Poultry Cell) for about two weeks. Only once did the twitching not go away. She's a gorgeous chocolate hen now that twitches. I gave her Vit E treatments even and nope.
