That bird is a silver legbar from overseas.
Over there they have what's know as silver legbars. And yes they don't have crests nor do they lay blue eggs.
Here most everyone that hears the term legbar is expecting the crested cream legbars which he isn't correct for.
It's fine if you want to use him and call him a legbar but I wouldn't be suprised when/if you started selling eggs or chicks from him that you'll get complaints
