Is my duckling in trouble with a bold itchy neck when wet?

[/IMG]I have 5 ducklings of mixed breeds that are a week and a half old, and I have been incubating ducks for years but I've never seen this...
Yesterday I noticed one of my 2 Aylesbury ducklings had a bold neck, I thought it was just wet but it was in a specific area under his bill and down his neck. I thought it may of been a sting as he had been outside most of the day. He was scratching on this patch for a while but once it dried I thought it was alright. Thismorning when I have them some water to drink I saw that he had a very similar mark on the back of his neck, this made me think he's just getting wet but I'm not sure whether there could be some other underlying problem? I'll add a picture so you can see what I mean and I appreciate all help Thankyou

I know that ducklings can sometimes grow so fast in the first weeks that they grow faster than their feathers fill in, so it looks like they have bald spots. If no mites, and nobody else has an idea, I'd just wait it out.
