Is my temp too low? with Webcam link

They are huddling together but it is to the side of the heat lamp. I got them from Tractor supply one week ago today, Don't know how long they had them.

Just took a look, and they do not appear to be chilled. All are running around, flapping and eating. Chilled chicks huddle together and complain in whiney little peeps.

Technical question....do you have a free account on Ustream or a paid account? I am looking for a way to stream my chicken cam and Youtube isn't able to directly connect to my camera, I need a PC to encode the stream and send it to Yutube.

I am using a free 30 day trial. My kids had an old chromebook with a broken screen so I have it in the coop streaming the feed.
