Is she a Sapphire gem? 💎

So all my girls have started laying and I have a bit of a mystery on my hands. I have a silkie (small creamy white egg), a Houdan (large stark white egg), an Americana (pale blue egg), two lavender orpingtons (medium pinkish brown eggs) and Kewpie. My mystery. I bought her being told she was a Sapphire Gem. But the wierdest part of this is, I am getting three white eggs, one pinkish brown, one blue, and one brown with a bit of speckling.
Is she a Sapphire gem and laying the brown with a hint of speckling, meaning one of my orpingtons is laying the possible white egg. Or is she a blue Andalusian, meaning she is laying the mystery white egg?

I think she's an Andalusian. I can't make her earlobes out too well, but Andalusians will have white ones, SGs will have red ones.
