Is there a way to stop a drake?

I have a Drake who is kinda segregating two of the four females I have. One of them he has pulled all of her feathers just about out of the back of her head and she almost has no saddle feathers left. I have separated him from the group, so my question is can I do anything to alleviate the situation or is he doomed for duck stew? She had very little missing when I got her but she was with a larger number of ducks so I thought that may have been the cause.

He sounds like a overly aggressive breeder. Adding more female may help the situation but most likely he will not change. Some drakes are just naturally too aggressive to be in a flock.
