Is there hope for this hatch?

I have chicks in the bator that I put down yesterday and some were pipping. Today the switch was off until the temp was 78 degrees...

What are the chances for survival of any of the eggs?

Hi there new to this forum but I can't help but reply don't give up on them chicks at such a developed stage maintain there own heat I have brought eggs in that a hen give up on they were stone cold when they went in bator all of them hatched. I didn't wait to bring up to room temp they got water beads on them as they warmed back up in bator. But they still hatched.
