So this “gal” hatched in mid July sometime. Her mama was eaten and only had one “sibling” left so I took both babies home as week or two old chicks. I got them from a local farm I work at.
Anyway, they look different but have similarities. Mr. Norris is clearly a boy, crowing, feathers, etc.
But Betty looks more silkie than her brother so I figured it’s taking her longer to mature. She’s not laying (I’m not surprised), she’s not crowing, but the rust on her wings and some of the feathers around her neck and her tail feathers are slightly making me question things lol please help!
