The left one has the hen pattern, the right one looks like a cross breed.

Still looks like a pullet, and a booted bantam, not d’Uccle (very similar but no beard). The other one is most likely pure d’Uccle. How old are they?
One kinda odd thing… one of them definitely is making a crow-ish sound. I hear it come from the room when they want to come out and play. Can some pullets do that?They are both pullets. There are bearded and non-bearded varieties of booted bantams, and hatchery birds sometimes lack beards. I don't think either is a mixed breed.
