Collected a really weird looking egg tonight. Never seen anything like it. Is it something I should be concerned about?

Did this come from a newer layer?
I had one very similar to this in a new layer. She also laid a shelled egg inside another shelled egg. Once her reproductive system matured, the weird eggs stopped.

The latest they started was around October last year. Im wondering if it could be my Buff Brahma

Update.
I think it was black sex link. She has nasal discharge today and her clucks sound gurgly and she's sneezing
