Is this bumble foot ?

One of our chickens has a swollen foot this morning.
I’m thinking it’s bumble foot. Any advice on how to treat it ?

It looks like it but IME/IMO there is no need to treat immediately. I have had several instances of it in my flock and I've only treated one bird; the rest healed on their own. Just keep an eye on it.

Since it is so swollen I would opt to treat. Sometimes topical treatments will be effective on smaller lesions, but with the amount of swelling it may be beyond that point. The link below is how I usually treat, non-surgically, for most it will work, but it does take some time for healing. If soaking doesn't soften the lesion enough you can apply decolorized iodine (any drug store) and wrap the foot overnight, that usually softens it up pretty well. Some will respond to tricide neo treatments, I will also attach a link for that, that would require daily soakings that could go on for a while.

we Brought her to the vets and we got the puss out. They gave us Epsom salts to soak her foot in daily and baytril to treat the infection.
