Is this compost safe in a dust bath

Would this compost be safe as part of a dust bath (combined with sand and ash): Tomato Skins, almond shells, rice straw and hulls, bark fines, composted dairy manure, composted chicken manure, and seabird guano

Don't add manure or compost in a dirt bath. Those materials contain a wide range of bacteria and fungi.

Dirt bath should consist of loose dry plain dirt, sand, small pebbles and a small amount of wood ash.

I don't think they'd dust bathe in that even if it was safe bacteria-wise. Too much chunky stuff. Chickens like a fine, uniform, dry medium to dust bathe in. Mine hate sand but go crazy for peat moss (or plain old dry soil that they'll dig up from under the run bedding).
