Is this double yolk egg fertile?

I have a double yolk chicken egg incubating in my incubator right now. The egg is an Easter Egger. The egg is on day 8. I was wondering if the embryos are developing. All my other eggs now have eyes and veins. This one doesn't I don't think. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if they think the eggs are developing in the pictures below. On a spot on the egg there is writing with a pencil.
