Is this egg fertile?

I recently started raising quail. I bought four breeder birds (one male and three females) and I'm going to hatch out their eggs in my brinsea incubator. However, I can't tell for sure if their eggs are fertile. I've been looking for the "bullseye" in the yolk, and I'm not sure it that's what I'm looking at or not. Any help is appreciated!!

It is hard to tell in this picture. I would say yes. Maybe?

Thankyou. I know it's not a great picture, my iPad camera isn't the best. There is definitely a white speck is little off from the center of the egg with a sorta clear ring around it. Would that be the bullseye?

You don't need to post another pic... This one clearly shows a fertile egg. This thread shows an infertile egg, and 2 fertile eggs.

I would say yes as long as it's not a glare

It's not glare but based on the pictures James the Blad posted it doesn't have nearly as big of a white circle as it should.
