My girls when not feeling well hold their tails like that. But she is young so it could be normal for some to hold thwm that way until laying age I am not sure. I personally have only had sick ones do that.

I haven’t seen any blood in the coop poop- not sure about the vax - she was about six weeks old when I got herhas she had her day old vaccination if so good also does she have any blood in her stool

oh and if you want to be sure of her breed a picture of her comb would be help full but if not then you dont have tohmm this might be normal for her but just keep a close eye on her oh and slightly of topic but you post a picture of her feet (up close)
