Is this pullet actually a roo?

I have 2 buckeyes that are supposed to each be 9-10 weeks old pullets. One has gotten bigger and developing color on the comb. Do some females develop color this early, or is she a he?

The one with the red comb is almost certainly a cockerel.

Some grow up faster than others. I wouldn't give up on them yet. When mine were chicks and started to grow deep red combs we swore they were cockerals and were going to get rid of them but they all turned out to be hens. I would wait a bit on both of them. The one with the more of a red comb could simply be out-growing the other.
