Is this really a buff brahma/ what type of bantam?

Brahmas don't have straight combs. They have pea combs. The face mask isn't quite right for a speckled sussex either, although thats not enough to rule them out. The challenge is that chipmunk markings are the most common (greatest numbers of breeds) down markings out there. The masking makes me think of golden wyandotte (but comb wrong there), and they're not really chipmunked. Brown leghorn, welsummer, many of the EE/OE types depending upon what they're derived from. Several partridge marked birds (including partridge rocks). Even Rhode Island Reds get the dots on the feather tips at first (its not one as they're more rusty colored). Just keep watching.

Can't speak to the bantam at all.
Thank you!! She is getting much darker now here are some updated pics. She looks completely different than she did. 🤦‍♀️

She's looking very golden wyandotte like, but with muddy lacing and the straight comb.... the lacing might clear up (they frequently go through an "ugly duckling" phase while the feathers are sprouting) and wyandottes do occasionally sport a straight comb. They tend to have a reduced fertility rate, associated with the rose comb, so straight combs have been popping up from breeders trying to improve the fertility. It's much more common in Columbian and silver laced wyandottes, but I suppose it could be in the Goldens too.
