Is this Rir a rooster?

So I know it's hard to tell when they are so young. This is my first time with chicks and I'm pretty sure I have a rooster he is about 3 and a half to 4 weeks old

Given the size and redness of its comb at only 31/2 to 4 weeks, I'm definitely leaning toward cockerel. You can post its pic again in another 3 weeks or so and by then its gender should be very obvious.
