Is this Silkie a boy?

She has an overly long back, and a rather strange tail (it should not curl back out like a '50s ponytail), but I don't see anything masculine about her.

The first two pics I thought BOY then the second I thought Pullet. This is harder than my own here at the house. I'm going with Boy just to be the voice of opposition.

Looks like a pullet. My buffs from Ideal had that weird looking tail also.
