Isolate 5 month old

Hello peeps!
I have 8 banties all aprrox 4.5 months old. I got my first egg today which was a surprise! my favorite lil Ginger cochin stubbed her toe yesterday and i applied blucote. She's not favoring that leg, and now she's isolating herself from the flock. She's quite sleepy. The egg that was laid today is not hers since its a cream tint. Any suggestions? Am I overreacting by calling my vet?! I checked her vent and its all clear and puckered.
