Japanese quail 3 days old - can he be introduced to a 2 week bantam chick?

Japanese quail 3 days old - can he be introduced to a 2 week bantam chick?
He is the only one that hatch out of 4 eggs and is alone. A friend has a 2 week old bantam chick - will this work or should my quail be raised alone?

Its very unlikely to work. I am afraid the bantam chick will peck the much smaller quail chick, and probably kill it.

Also quails and chickens have diseases that can pass on to each other.

The chick will kill the quail in about 2 seconds.
