Hello, New to raising chickens have been looking around backyard chickens for a while figured I would join. We have 8 hens 3 ISA brown,3 barred rocks and 2 ameraucana. getting nice large to xtra large brown eggs from isa's the barred rocks are still laying small pinkish brown pullet eggs and so far just light green egg from one of my amerucanna.
All of them are spoiled rotten the chickens not the eggs
We get around 6 or 7 eggs a day so far. Have been working on winter proofing their coop and pen. I still need to purchase a heated waterer.
