Just a reminder to everyone asking for chick genders. For gender age is crucial we need to know the age. It is difficult to sex chicks before six weeks. Some breeds such as a legbars or biefelders are auto sexing so they can be sexed at birth. We need comb pictures to tell the gender hackle, saddle, and tail feathers won’t be helpful until 12 weeks of age. Good luck!

yep. some can look like roos till they get older and turns out they were hen. i just have such a sucky hatch rate of roos to hens that I assume all my chicks are roos until they get to that point lol
